About Alexina
Since childhood, Mental Health has been at the forefront of my life, and not always by choice. I watched family members struggle and struggled myself. So, in some sense, my soul-healing journey has been ongoing from a very young age, but it entered a new phase with my uncle’s suicide in 2021. Already in the midst of high-functioning depression and PTSD, I tried to escape rock bottom but felt stuck with conventional therapists. I needed to go deep into my soul to understand the root causes of my actions. This led me into guided meditations and spiritual therapy. At first, I was skeptical, but in April 2023, after months of practice, I had my own spiritual awakening and developed the gifts of being able to speak with, listen to, and see spirits and higher beings. I’m more than aware of how it sounds — had you told me three years ago that this was all going to happen, I’d have laughed it off and thought you were being ridiculous. But here I am, and here you are, and I’m ready to guide you along the path that I am currently walking in myself.
